UPDATE: Man falls down elevator shaft, pronounced dead

Amarillo, TX - An area man has passed away following a work related accident in Amarillo on Monday, November 4.

On Monday, Cade Clink was working on a roof in downtown Amarillo when he stepped into an open elevator shaft.

He was taken to the hospital in life threatening condition. Friday morning, Clink died as a result of his injuries.
