Amarillo Fire officials continue to investigate cause of early morning house fire

Amarillo, TX - AmarilloFire officials continue to investigate the cause of an early morning house fire in northeast Amarillo.

It was around 1:30 Wednesday morning when the call came out. Firefighters fought a blaze in the 4400 block of Echo.

The Amarillo Fire Department tells us there were no injuries, and they were able to get the fire under control quickly.

    Around 3 p.m. Saturday, a man was pronounced dead after a wreck involving two motorcycles. Police say two men were traveling south on the Canyon E-way near the Hillside exit when one of the motorcycles stuck the back of a Toyota Camry. One male killed and the other motorcycle driver was taken to the hospital. Both the driver and the passenger in the Toyota were also taken to the hospital with minor injures.
