Two new lawsuits filed against Stanley Marsh 3

Amarillo, TX - Two new lawsuits are filed against Stanley Marsh 3, alleging he sexually assaulted two unnamed boys and that several Marsh family members and associates helped cover it up.

The lawsuit says Marsh offered 500 dollars to two teens to get them to sign a waiver, then had them perform various sex acts back in 2009 and 2010.

The unnamed victims in the two lawsuits were both 17 at the time.

Marsh is already indicted on several charges related to sexual abuse of children.

    The Potter County Grand Jury will not recommend charges against two Amarillo police officers involved in the shooting death of a man this past June. On June 27th, Officers Bryan Gaitan and Michael Wheeler responded to a trespassing call at an apartment complex on South Nelson Street.
