Man linked to Amarillo bank robbery set to be arraigned

Amarillo, TX - A man linked to an Amarillo bank robbery in may is set to be arraigned Wednesday.

Russell Heath is one of two men accused in robbing the First Southwest Bank in Amarillo as well as two Lubbock banks.

FBI agents arrested heath in California last month. The arraignment will be in a federal courtroom in Lubbock.

Gabriel Tenorio, the second man accused in the crime, entered a guilty plea earlier this month. He faces a maximum sentence of 25 years in prison and a fine up to 250 thousand dollars for the aggravated bank robbery charge.
