Amarillo, TX - Three people are taken to the hospital after an early morning wreck north of Amarillo.

Texas Department of Public Safety officials say at around 7:30 Wednesday, a man driving a car north on Broadway ran a four-way stop sign as he approached Cherry Avenue.

Troopers say he collided with an SUV that was traveling west through the intersection, then hit another vehicle that was stopped on the north side of the intersection.

The children that were in the SUV and the driver of the car were taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
