Amarillo girl who faked her kidnapping now pursuing sexual assault charges

Amarillo, TX - The Amarillo girl who faked her own kidnapping last month is now pursuing sexual assault charges on the men she claims had sex with her.

Lubbock police responded to the call on July 19th, when she reported she had been kidnapped. After further investigation, she admitted she had not really been kidnapped, but was sexually assaulted by four men.

Eduardo Hernandez, Justin Blake Hernandez, Tucker James Matthews and Angel Ramos now face sexual assault charges, all four men were already in custody in the Lubbock County jail when those charges were filed.
