Former Clovis CPA wanted for embezzling is arrested in Lubbock

Posted: Updated:

The search for a former Clovis CPA wanted for 20 counts of embezzling is over.

An arrest warrant for 54-year old Charles Fleming was issued after he failed to show up in court late last week facing 20 counts of embezzling, totaling almost 300,000 dollars.

Tips came in Monday morning leading Texas Rangers to a residence in Lubbock where Fleming was arrested without incident.

A judge has set Flemings bond at 250,000 dollars, cash only and he is set to be extradited back to Clovis later this week.
