Amarillo, TX - A man is dead following a rollover wreck in Hall County Monday night.
Texas Department of Public Safety says just after 7:00, passenger 41 year-old Juan Olguin had been drinking and was angry at the driver for not letting him drive.
About five miles outside of Estelline on US 287, Troopers says Olguin grabbed the steering wheel, causing the SUV to flip several times.
Olguin, who Troopers say was not wearing his seat belt, was ejected from the vehicle and died from his injuries.
The driver is listed in stable condition at a Childress hospital.
