Officials arrest man wanted for Promotion of Child Pornography

A fugitive wanted for Promotion of Child Pornography has been captured and arrested.

NewsChannel 10 first showed you Randall Scott Martin earlier this week in the weekly Crime Stoppers Fugitive File.

Friday afternoon around five o'clock, Martin was found by Potter County deputies at a home in the 14000 Block of W. Estates.

He was arrested and booked on his outstanding warrant into the Randall County Detention Center.
