Texan survives two explosions

Austin, Texas - One Texan is just thankful to be alive Friday after escaping not one disaster but two.

Austin resident Joe Berti raced in the Boston Marathon Monday.

He says the first bomb went off about 30 seconds after he crossed the finish line.

Berti returned home and Wednesday was driving to Dallas on I35, right past West, Texas.

That's when the plant there exploded, rocking his car.

He says he feels blessed to have escaped both disasters unharmed.
