Unusual wreck on Loop 335 knocks down power line

Amarillo, TX - An unusual accident kept Potter County and Texas DPS troopers busy Thursday afternoon.

Troopers say just after 1:00 Wednesday afternoon the driver of a pick-up truck possibly suffered an emergency medical condition. He lost control of the vehicle and drove his truck up the lines of a power pole.

The collision knocked a power line down and officers called Xcel Energy to the scene.

No one was injured in this accident.
