MIDLAND - Accusations of having and sharing porn put a Midland man in handcuffs.

Investigators say Anthony Babauta admitted that he had been downloading and sharing child porn files to Homeland Security Agents on Friday.

Agents searched his home and found 30 images of child porn on his laptop.

According to the affidavit, Harris told agents he didn't know he was sharing the images.

He also said that he knew it was wrong but the images gave him a sense of comfort.

If convicted, Harris could face up to 20 years in prison.
