A half million dollars worth of methamphetamine seized on I-40

More than half a million dollars worth of methamphetamine was seized on I-40 this past weekend.

Saturday night, a state trooper stopped a vehicle about two miles east of Conway.

During a search, the trooper reportedly found about 6700 grams of methamphetamine and a small amount of cocaine.

Both the driver and the passenger were booked into the Carson County Jail for possession of a controlled substance
