Reward offered for information on weekend shooting at Midnight Rodeo

Amarillo, TX - A reward is being offered for information about a shooting at the Midnight Rodeo over the weekend.

Just before 2:00 Sunday morning an employee was shot in the back.

Amarillo police say the employee had been standing near the front door as people were leaving when he heard a pop and felt a stinging sensation in his back.

It's unknown where the shot may have come from.

The victim was transported to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Anyone with information is asked to call Amarillo Crime Stoppers at 374-4400.

If your anonymous tip leads to an arrest, you could get a reward of up to 1,000 dollars.
