Fugitive File: Crystal Ellis in custody

Amarillo, TX - A fugitive featured on NewsChannel 10's Fugitive File is now behind bars.

Crystal Ellis was wanted out of Potter County for forgery of a financial instrument.

Tips led police to Ellis' location in the 2900 block of north Grand Monday afternoon.

She was booked into the Potter County Jail for two warrants for forgery.
