Total net assets of the Fund on December 31, 2012 were $1,320,390,355, as compared with $1,317,589,016 on September 30, 2012 and $1,186,258,179 on December 31, 2011. On December 31, 2012 the net asset value per share was $15.36 based on 85,939,158 shares outstanding.
