Two Suspects in custody for Perryton Jr. High bomb threat

Two suspects are in custody in connection with an early morning bomb threat at Perryton Junior High school.

Authorities say around 7:30 this morning a call was made to the school, threatening there was a bomb inside the building.

The Ochiltree Sheriff's Department, along with other departments, swept the building and say they didn't locate any explosives.

Students were allowed to return to school at 1:00 this afternoon, and classes will resume as normal tomorrow.

The sheriff's department says the call was traced back to San Angelo, Texas to former Perryton ISD students.

We're told those suspects have been taken into custody for the threatening phone call.
