Justice of the Peace Thomas Jones arrested for driving under the influence

Amarillo, TX - An area Justice of the Peace is arrested for driving under the influence.
Arrest records show Potter County JP precinct four, Judge Thomas Jones, was arrested for a traffic violation in the 900 block of south Polk just before 2:00 Saturday morning.
The Amarillo Police Department tells us Jones was swerving and almost hit a curb.
He is said to have refused a breathalyzer and blood sample, and failed the field sobriety test performed by the officer.
He has bonded out of jail.
