Flags Lowered to Half Staff Throughout Midland

MIDLAND - American flags were at half-staff throughout Midland on Friday in remembrance of the four veterans who died after a train hit their parade float.

Midland Mayor Wes Perry has asked everyone to show their support by lowering the flags at their homes as a sign of respect and to offer prayers for the victims' families.
