Amarillo, Texas - A Childress man pleaded in court Friday to a Federal child exploitation charge. 20 year old Anthony Zane Austin pleaded guilty to one count of Possession of Child Pornography.
Austin admitted Friday to using peer-to-peer file sharing programs on his home computer to download pornographic images and videos, which included child pornography.
A sentencing date was not set. Upon sentencing, he faces a maximum of 10 years in prison, a $250,000 dollar fine, and a lifetime of supervised release.
