Amarillo bank robbery suspect indicted

Amarillo, Texas - A Federal grand jury has indicted the man suspected of robbing the First Bank Southwest branch at 34th and Bell in Amarillo.

The U.S. Attorney's office says 49 year old Donald Joseph West was indicted on three felony charges including Aggravated Bank Robbery.

Investigators believe he was the man robbed the bank Monday, November 5th. He was arrested at a west Amarillo apartment the following night and remains in police custody.
