Suspected police impersonator arrested

A man is arrested for impersonating a police officer in Hartley County.

According to the Gruver Police Department, 56-year-old Larry Haag was arrested in connection with an incident last week.

An alleged victim contacted police, saying he had been stopped by a male driving a Tahoe with red and blue lights on the dash.

The victim was able to pick Haag out of a photo lineup.

Haag has been booked into the Dallam - Hartley County Jail on charges of impersonating a public servant.
