Tulia, Texas - After fourteen months of investigation, an arrest is finally made in an unsolved homicide in Tulia.
On Friday, Tulia Police say they have officially charged Esequiel Gomez Jr. with Capital Murder.
In August of 2011, 84 year old Imogene Harris was found beat to death inside her Tulia home. Gomez is currently in Minnesota facing an Aggravated Sexual Assault charge.
He has also been linked to an assault of an elderly person in Hico, Texas in 2008.
