Amarillo - A man is indicted in Potter County for injury to a 2-year-old child.
A Potter County Grand Jury indicted Derek Dwayne Henderson.
Authorities say he shook a toddler hours before the child died in July.
An autopsy found the 2-year old died of "Cranio-cerebral trauma"
That is said to be inconsistent with a fall or an accident, but consistent with shaking a baby.
The charge carries a possible prison term of two to 20 years, and a fine of up to $10,000.
Henderson remains free on a $50,000 bond.
