Amarillo,TX - For the seventh consecutive year, Bell Helicopter has been named number one in product support in Aviation International News' 2012 product survey.
The company also received top honors for the eighteenth year in a row from an independent customer support survey earlier this year.
Customers ranked Bell Helicopter first in many areas including overall aircraft reliability.
Consistently named the industry leader in customer support, Bell strengthened its position by 4% from 2011.
Bell Helicopter is home to the industry's largest customer support network made up of more than 100 customer service facilities in 34 countries, six strategically located supply centers, 47 customer support representatives and 43 dedicated product support engineers all focused on fulfilling customers requirements, increasing global responsiveness and lowering direct operating costs.
