Two people dead in Lipscomb County Wreck

Lipscomb County, TX - Two people are dead after a wreck in Lipscomb County.

Department of Public Safety troopers responded to a two-vehicle accident on US 83 Friday night.

They tell us 29-year-old Zachery Glenn from Yale, Oklahoma was reportedly driving southbound on the highway when he crossed over the center stripe for unknown reasons.

Authorities say Glenn struck a northbound vehicle causing it to catch fire.

That driver is identified as 59-year-old Jose Aleman Jr. from Victoria, Texas.

Both Glenn and Aleman were pronounced dead at the scene.

The incident remains under investigation.
