Clovis, NM - The New Mexico State Supreme Court has upheld the first-degree murder conviction of a Clovis man.
During a ruling on Thursday, Luciano Guerra was sentenced to life in prison for stabbing Andrew Gama to death at a house party in 2010 but the justices overturned a conviction for evidence tampering after the knife used in the stabbing was never found.
