Amarillo, TX - The man accused of making threats toward his co-workers in Amarillo is indicted in federal court.
The U.S. Attorney's Office says 38 year old Peter J. Madrid III was indicted on two counts of making threats against a federal employee, and one count of intimidating or interfering with a federal employee.
Madrid was arrested in July for allegedly threatening to assault and kill an employee at the Bureau of Land Management office in Amarillo where he was employed.
