Fugitive File: Francis Shapley in custody

Amarillo, TX - A man wanted by authorities and featured on NewsChannel 10's Fugitive File has been captured.

41-year-old Francis Shapley, also called Todd, was wanted by Pardon and Parole for possession of a firearm.

He was found by Amarillo police early Friday morning in the 4100 block of south Bowie.

He was arrested for his parole warrant as well as one municipal warrant.

Shapley is currently in the Randall County Jail.
