Clovis man sentenced for trafficking meth and cocaine

Clovis, New Mexico - A Clovis man is sentenced to 7 years in prison for trafficking cocaine and meth.

The 9th  District Attorney's office says 41 year old Ramon Chavez-Hernandez pleaded guilty to trafficking meth on Wednesday. He was found guilty by a jury for trafficking cocaine in March of this year.
  
He was arrested during a raid by the Region V drug task force in February of 2011. He must also serve two years of supervised parole once he is released.
