Suspect in Okla. slaying charge arrested in Texas

OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) - A man wanted in a 2010 shooting death in Oklahoma City has been arrested by U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers at the U.S.-Mexico border in Texas.

Customs officials said Monday that 23-year-old Israel Davila walked into the U.S. from Mexico on Friday and surrendered at the Fort Hancock port of entry.

Online court records do not list an attorney for Davila.

Davila is wanted in the September 2010 shooting death of Jose Guillen in southeast Oklahoma City.

Oklahoma County Sheriff's spokesman Mark Myers says it could take one to two weeks to extradite Davila.
