Free flowing ketchup

An MIT graduate student has created a "super slippery," non-toxic coating that can be put inside of ketchup bottles and other containers, allowing the contents to slide right out.

Student Dave Smith says LiquiGlue could help prevent 1 million tons of food from being thrown out each year.

The product came in second in this year's MIT $100K Entrepreneurship Competition but won the audience-choice award.

The sauce market is worth a staggering 17 billion dollars a year.
