Dumas, Texas - A Dumas man will spend the next 40 years in prison after pleading guilty to felony drug charges.
The 69th District Attorney's Office says 48 year old Jorge Lucio entered the plea Tuesday in Moore county to Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver.
Officials say they found over 100 grams of cocaine inside his home during a raid in February of 2012. Lucio was also ordered to pay a $3,000 fine.
