DailyDAC, LLC is pleased to announce that its highly anticipated webinar series, “Private Company M&A Boot Camp,” produced in conjunction with West LegalEdcenter, will be broadcast every Friday morning in June.

Each episode will be 60 minutes long and each is designed to so attendees to can participate in just that episode, if other episodes are not of interest. Featured speakers will include partners from the international firms of Jones Day and Kirkland & Ellis, and the powerhouse boutique, Levenfeld Pearlstein, often described as a “mini-Wachtell” because, like Wachtell Lipton, it has eschewed the common practice of expanding to multiple cities and focuses on premium corporate matters and litigation.
