Clovis, N.M. - A Cannon Air Force Base lieutenant out of Clovis is nowhere to be found after being missing for just over a week now.

Cannon Air Force is listing Lt. Scott Lee as AWOL but his sister living in California disagrees, fearing foul play may be involved.

Lt.. Lee was last seen March 12.

He was scheduled to report for duty at Cannon Air Force Base Tuesday but never showed up.

"I don't think that he would have did this willingly," sister Dana Martino told NewsChannel 10 over the phone. "It just doesn't add up and he's a very intelligent guy."

Martino has been left questioning what happened to her brother.

He along with his black Toyota Tacoma remain missing.

Martino says her brother would never do anything like this.

"He left his most prized possessions in his apartment," she said. "His snowboarding gear, hat and guitars are there."

Lee was staying at the Clovis West apartment complex about 15 minutes away from his base station.

We spoke off camera with the property manager who confirmed all of Lee's belongings still sit in his now abandoned apartment.

Cannon Air Force Base declined an opportunity to comment on the case and told NewsChannel 10 over the phone they have no new leads or information regarding this case.

"We just want to find him," Martino said.

Anyone with information about Lee's whereabouts is asked to call Cannon Air Force Base at 575-784-2511.
