Amarillo, TX- Amarillo police are investigating the death of two Amarillo residents inside their home.
Police were called to a home on the 34-hundred block of Concord Tuesday afternoon, there they say they found Doctor Henry Norrid and his wife Carolyn Norrid dead.
Police say the two died from at least one gunshot wound.
Officers were dispatched to the same house earlier in the week to check on the welfare of the two but didn't have enough information to enter the home.
Police did force their way in Tuesday and say they found the two dead in their bedroom.
They also found the weapon they believe was used in the shootings.
We are told the Special Crimes Unit is investigating the case but they are not looking for a suspect outside of the home.
Autopsies for the two have been ordered.
