Motorcycle accident sends man to hospital

Amarillo, TX - A man was taken to a local hospital with serious injuries after a motorcycle accident on FM 1061 Sunday night.

Both lanes of traffic were blocked for hours as DPS and Potter County Deputes along with several fire departments helped work the one vehicle scene.

LifeStar was not able to pick up the man because of wind and fog rolling into the area.
