Clovis man on the run for 7 years, now back behind bars

Clovis, NM - A Clovis man is back behind bars, after evading police for the past seven years.

Noe Torres was captured in Mexico City.

Torres and three others allegedly fired nine bullets into a Clovis apartment, killing 10-year-old Carlos Perez while he slept.

The little boy died one day shy of his 11th birthday.

Authorities believe Carlos' older brother was the intended target.
