TX primary may be pushed back... again

Amarillo, Texas - If there's a chance of salvaging the April 3rd primary in Texas, time is running out to make it happen.

A San Antonio federal court is ordering the state and minority groups to make a final compromise on redrawn political districts by February 6th.

If an agreement is not made by the deadline, the primary will have to be pushed back for the second time.

Minority groups sued the state over the fairness of the newly drawn political voting maps passed by the GOP-controlled Texas legislature.
