Police need your help in solving string of robberies

Amarillo, TX - Amarillo police are investigating four robberies within five days and need your help in finding the suspects.

Three Toot-N-Totums and one Amarillo hotel are all robbed within the last week and police say the suspects have similarities.

Toot-N-Totum on South Nelson was robbed late Friday night by three armed men dressed in black ski masks, shirts and gloves.

Just forty-five minutes later, men with similar descriptions robbed the Toot-N-Totum on the 68-hundred block of Wolflin.

Police believe the robberies may be connected to the armed robbery of the Executive Inn on Coulter, Saturday evening and another of Toot-N-Totum last week.

Officials are hoping descriptions of the men will help locate the suspects.

"One, probably the most prominent one as far as we noticed has what looks like the word tigger or at least igger and then a picture of tigger, the Winnie the pooh cartoon character that is on the front of his dark colored shirt that he is wearing," said Sgt. Brent Barbee.

If you have any information on any of the robberies call Amarillo Crime Stoppers at 374-4400.
