Amarillo, Texas - You could soon be paying a fee to help deal with the city of aAmarillo's flooding problems.

You'll have a chance to speak your mind about the proposed drainage fee.

The city doesn't have the money to fix the outdated drains, so they're thinking about charging a typical home around $2.50 a month to overhaul the system.
