Amarillo man shot while hunting

Silverton, Texas - Authorities in Brisco County are looking for information on a shooting that injured an Amarillo man.

They tell us Sava Garza was hunting near the Briscoe-Hall County line Wednesday evening, when he was shot once in the shoulder.

Witnesses say a white pickup truck was seen in the area prior to the shooting, and officials are looking for the driver of that vehicle.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Brisco County Sheriff's office at 823-2135.
