Clovis couple pleads not guilty to federal charges

Clovis, New Mexico - A Clovis couple has pleaded not guilty to charges that they conspired to defraud the United States government.

The complaint alleges that Donald and Sherri Brewer along with another man tainted $33 Million dollars worth of contracts for the Air Force by overcharging them $6.4 million dollars over a period of seven years.

The are charged with 12 counts of Wire Fraud and four counts of Major Fraud.
