Lubbock recruiter indicted on sex charges with underage girl

Lubbock, Texas - A Lubbock recruiter for the Army National Guard is indicted in federal court for allegedly attempting to engage in sexual conduct with an underage Clovis girl.

44 year old Jeffrey Neal Jackson was arrested in October when officials say he went to Clovis while on duty to meet the girl for sex.

The girl was actually an undercover sheriff's deputy posing as the young girl. Because Jackson is said to have gone across state lines, he is facing federal charges.
