Deaf-Smith County fire, 8-22-11

Hereford, Texas - 10:00pm: Fire fighters from Deaf Smith and Parmer County continue to monitor for hot spots after a grass fire sparked right on the county line. 

The fire was near FM 2298. There is no word on the amount of damage to land at this time.

The Hereford Fire Department says they have not heard of any injuries or damaged structures.
