Dallas, TX - Nearly ten years after making the promise to track down Osama Bin Laden, President George W. Bush is among those most thankful that it has finally been fulfilled.
His Dallas home quickly became a place of celebration after the news broke last night.
Dozens gathered waving flags and singing "God Bless America."
"9-11 was a major tragedy. I hope this is justice not only for those who died in New York and Pennsylvania but all those soldiers who have given their lives in the last ten years," says one of those celebrating.
And just as Americans came together in the wake of the 9-11 attacks, the people who came to Bush's home overnight say they wanted to be with other Americans to mark this triumph over terrorism.
