Hartley County, TX - The investigation into a collision that killed a pregnant Amarillo woman is complete.
Back in December Colorado Senator Suzanne Williams was in a head-on collision killing Brianna Gomez.
The Department of Public Safety says their investigation into the case is finished and is now in the hands of the Hartley County District Attorneys office.
District Attorney David Green says some of the possible charges that could come out of the case are criminal negligent homicide and injury to a child.
The grand jury in the case will decide if Williams will face any charges.
The Hartley County District Attorney's office says their goal is to present the case to a grand jury May 18th.
