Police need your help finding a missing girl

Amarillo, TX- A teenage girl from Amarillo remains missing after several months and police now need your help.

It is the six month anniversary of fifteen-year-old Jessica Delgadillo's disappearance and police say they have run out of leads.

Jessica was last seen October 19th, leaving her home on the 13-hundred block of North Bolton, and was reportedly walking to Palo Duro High School.

She was reported missing the next day and was listed as a possible runaway.

Investigators say the disappearance of Delgadillo is not like a typical runaway case.

"This isn't normally a problem but with this kind of retracted time frame, is what we're looking at here and normally kids come back within 3-7 days, they have contact with their friends, they have contact with their family, there has been no contact from Jessica for six months," said Celeste High a civilian detective for the Amarillo Police Department.

Police have heard Delgadillo could be in Dalhart, Lubbock, Florida or even Mexico, but they say those leads have not given them any information.

If you have any information that could help police find Jessica call the Amarillo Police Department at 378-3038.
