Amarillo, Texas - The Salvation Army, The Downtown Women's Center and both U-Haul locations in Amarillo are accepting donations from the public. They are accepting things like clothes, shoes, appliances, plates, glasses, silverware, purses and furniture. They will then allow registered fire victims to 'shop" for free.

U-Haul will also be donating 30 days of free storage for all fire victims.

The Animal Lodge will house pets affected by the fire for free. 654-3244

The Humane Society will be taking names and numbers of anyone interested in helping the Willow Creek Kennels. 376-1716

The Emerald Poodle will be housing pets for free and grooming them to get the smoke smell out of their fur. 290-1087

Amarillo National Bank has donated $25,000 and set up a fund for the victims.

Wells Fargo has donated $5,000 and has also set up a fund for victims.
