Residents of the Palisades are now able to return to their homes. That community remained restricted until this morning.
Lake Tanglewood residents were able to return home last night as the Randall County Fire Department continues to monitor hot spots.
Those who did not lose their homes continue to settle back in, many seeing the devastation for the first time.
One resident says sprinklers left on by some homeowners saved many of the houses in the neighborhood.
"It's just unbelievable how some of the structures were totally destroyed and then some of them were spared, partly because of the water and then partly because of God." said Randall County Commissioner Robert Karrh.
